DAEKKO is the hydraulic breaker brand of Zhejiang Lingde Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., a manufacturer specializing in the development and production of hydraulic breakers and related attachments for construction, demolition, quarrying and mining applications.
With a manufacturing facility covering approximately 160,000 square meters, Lingde integrates engineering development, precision machining, heat treatment, assembly, testing and technical support within one manufacturing system. This allows us to support distributors, OEM partners, equipment companies and project customers with hydraulic breaker products and application support for different excavator classes and working conditions.

The DAEKKO brand was launched, and production of DAEKKO hydraulic breakers began, marking the start of our development in hydraulic breaker manufacturing.
Patent certificates related to DAEKKO hydraulic breaker technologies were obtained, reflecting continued progress in product development and structural improvement.
Zhejiang Lingde Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was officially established, bringing the DAEKKO brand, technical experience and production capabilities into an integrated manufacturing organization.
Lingde strengthened its international operations to support global customers, develop regional markets and expand its overseas business.
Lingde established its Overseas Business Department to expand international business and provide DAEKKO hydraulic breaker solutions and services to global customers.

Across machining, heat treatment and power cell assembly, experienced production teams follow defined procedures within clearly organized work areas. Supported by 6S workplace management, each stage is coordinated to keep daily production running efficiently and smoothly.
Precision Machining
At Lingde, critical hydraulic breaker components are machined using CNC turning, milling and grinding equipment from Germany, Japan and South Korea, helping achieve the dimensional accuracy and component fit required within the breaker’s power cell.
Controlled Heat Treatment
Using AICHELIN equipment from Austria, treatment parameters are selected per component function and operating load to balance hardness, toughness and stability under repeated impact.
Power Cell Assembly
Experienced technicians assemble processed components in a defined sequence, using required procedures and tools to ensure correct positioning and fit before pressure and impact testing.
Quality Control
Precision inspection, mandatory testing and controlled release — quality is built into production through defined checkpoints rather than a single final check.

At Lingde, quality control is built into production through defined checkpoints rather than treated as a single final check. Designated critical components are fully inspected before assembly. Completed power cells undergo hydraulic pressure and impact testing before the outer housing is installed, followed by a final inspection of the finished breaker before delivery.
Hydraulic breaker power cells contain large, precision-critical components that must operate together within specified dimensional relationships. Lingde combines conventional measuring tools with dedicated precision metrology equipment to inspect critical dimensions, roundness, and other geometric tolerances of cylinder bodies, directional valve components, and other key parts.
